Radio Repair

I have a Kenwood KDP3006 twin shaft radio in my truck that bit the dust anybody know who repairs these old radios as I want to keep it because it also works the CD changer

S&M Electrotech in Blaine MN repairs these old radios...they upgraded mine with a new tuner and MPS inputs.

It would be cheaper to get a new head unit that will hook up to an ipod or flash drive. I have one in my truck that uses a small flash drive and it holds more music than my old 12 disc changer ever thought about holding. And the file structure works in the same manner as a cd changer.

It sounds like he doesn't want to cut the dash.

I'd check with Kenwood first and if they can't help you, then call up a specialist. Be warned, these repair shops charge by the hour, and they are not cheap by any stretch...
