Re: trans crossmember

The factory automatic cross members were rather rare, because a high number of the trucks came from the factory with manual transmissions. If you find a complete factory automatic transmission cross member, including the e-brake assembly, you have a rare find, because many of the e-brake parts were canibalized over the years and are incomplete.

Re: trans crossmember

well I pulled it and I took the attatched e brake hardware too, it has one long arm with a slot in it and one short arm with a tab that locks a bar in it the bar also sits in the slot. along with the lock pin that the cotter pin goes thru to attatch the cable to the bar. Should I go back for the rest of the e brake hardware you think?

Re: trans crossmember

Get it all, if you can, so you can use it or sell it to someone who needs it.
