The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Re: what the?

That's funny, I noticed a pic earlier today of a stepside with a 67-72 bed...

simply put, it just don't look right. :lol

The late 80s, early 90s truck beds probably look better than the 67-72 beds.

Re: what the?

Heck where I grew up farmers did that all the time when the bed got all torn up. Sometimes you just have to work with what you have.

Re: what the?

My truck looks like that... here's a pic. it is an awesome work truck, but I have a matching bed for it now just doing a little metal work to get it ready to put on. I'm just glad to see people taking pride in what they have and keeping them on the road!

Re: what the?

There is surely someone out there that needs a good '67-'72 fleetside box and would trade your grandfather for a '60-'66 fleetside bed.

I guess it will do the trick, until someone does. If I had a spare '60-'66 and needed a '67-'72, I would do it.

Re: what the?

Bahhhh, Just bondo up the doors and fenders up front and make it smooth to match.

Like said sometimes you have to use what you have, but I'd probably try and trade somebody for a later model to match.
