Does any one know ...My 65 chevy truck may have a front clip, including hood and aprons off of a 61-62 ??? maybe. I bought a pair of hood hinges from a 65 supposedly and they are not even close to fitting, ones I took off bolt to the apron and the ones i got look like they may bolt to the firewall...I know you guys know the answers......so.....whats up.......?

they should all bolt to the inner fenders, you may have gotten the wrong year hinges by mistake

Thats what I am thinking....Guy said he just pulled them off of 64-66 truck he was selling and he has several of them....I just never thought to compare them, now I have mine off and I will take it with me for comparison.......

yes the fenders inners and hinges should be all the same 60-66

I put 63 chevy hinges and spring on my 64 GMC..... Identical. Not sure if that helps. Have someone take a picture of them.... I'd be good money 60-66 GMC/Chevy are all the same.

appreciate the help guys, I bet they are off of an older truck....maybe 59 and older...he also had several of those too...Gonna holler at him tomorrow and see if he has the ones I need.
