Holley Pro Jection

I was curious about this system and wondered if anyone has used one? I am looking at a setup for sell on ebay. Never installed for a really good price. I am trying to get alittle better mileage out my OrangeAnimal.

Re: Holley Pro Jection

I haven't touched one in years, but I helped a friend put one on a 77 firebird w/ a pontiac 400. It worked great. I'm planning on a TBI swap on my truck and was considering going that route, but I'm probably going to just pillage a stock setup from a junkyard instead.

I thought of getting a setup from the junkyard but then I have to run the intake with the EGR and all that bs. I don't know that you can block that off without having issues down the line. Mostly with the computer saying hey where is the egr! Then going into limp mode. I can get the whole stock setup with dizzy and all for 450 obo off of ebay.

you can get the egr tuned out but for 450 bucks your not going to save much going with a oem setup

Re: Holley Pro Jection

Well I am still looking at running one of the Holley setups. I am getting close to the end of a auction for one and hope to win it. If anyone else has any thing to share about the Holley Pro-Jection let me know. Thanks.

Re: Holley Pro Jection

i put one one my 81 gmc 8 yrs ago it is alright but i have too big of cam in the motor for it to be too effective and the parts are very fragile ( handle with care) and i had to take it to a friend for the fine tuning because i kept messing with it
