There is a fairly untapped supplier in Canada, that I know has a few crewcabs. Contact Scott at Scott's Super Trucks, 1972 HWY 592 West, Penhold, Alberta, T0M 1R0, 403 886 5572. He may sell if you deal with him the right way, I know he has too many projects.
