Need help finding a cheap way to lower my truck

I need help finding a pretty cheap way to lower my truck in the front 2 inchs and 4 inchs in the back i have a 1986 chevy scottsdale with a 350 v8.

Cut one coil out of your springs and get shackels for the back and remove some leafs that will get you close to 2/4 for about 80 bucks.

Be warned though cutting the coils and removing leafs will change the ride quality of your truck.

here is my truck when it had a cheap drop
the ride was ok but the front end would bottom out every where, so re lowered with good stuff

Check summit for lowering springs. They are pretty affordable.

yea summit has sales on all there lowering stuff now $225 for 2.5 Lowering Spindles . and ebay has the shackles for $47.90

there nothing wrong with cutting coils, with a coil cut off and using a cutoff wheel or a similar tool it will be ok
