Man that is a nice one. I agree with the others, I would leave the GMC grill. I could care less about how rare that might make it. I would be more concerned that it will help it stand out....

Thanks Nate, and yup I've been a little busy bee working on it (you got to love the feeling of modefying an old stock truck..HINT!! The buffing part is not that hard, all it takes is some good elbow grease, paint cutter (compound) and normal wax for the shine.

Im glad u like mine, cause I love yours, in fact yours was an inspiration for buying it! You guys are right, Im going to leave it alone, it was born a GMC and thats the way I will leave it.

Congrats on the find. I saw it on the site here when you had it for sale. I agree with SBTork. If you were closer I would have owned it! It's a very very nice truck. Keep us up to date with the mods, and progress. You've already got a sharp looking truck, so now everything else is gravy!
