Howdy Ho From The New Guy!

Long time reader, first time poster. I've had a 72 C-10 since high school, tore it down a few years ago, and just a few months ago got it all road legal and registered. Just need some paint. I'll get some pics up soon. They look backwards though - the before pics show it with a nice paint job, now it's just primer. Hey what do you do!

Nice truck. From the photo above it looks like you are pretty young to be driving... do you even have your licence yet?

No doubt you are using a booster seat...blocks on the pedals....

Re: Howdy Ho From The New Guy!

welcome to the forums!
Good lookin truck you have there... whats the plans to finish it?
One thing I feel NEEDs to be pointed out... only since fires are no fun...
That glass fuel filter needs to be supported in such a way that it is impossible to ever hit anything. The way it is now, after a few good bumps, and flopping up and down on the valve cover, it may well leak or shatter.
Fire is no fun at 75 MPH.
They are perfectly fine filters (you'll get a bunch of crap for running it at all) but you must support it.
Other than that, it looks sweet. You plan on painting it black? Everyone knows black is the best color for these!
