I still have no idea what that engine is. When it comes to the new stuff Im totally clueless. Whats an LQ4? And how big is a 6 liter in regular type measurements...like 350...454...etc?

Re: Ohhhh Baby!

The LQ4 6 liter is an iron block version of the LS2, 364ci. They came in large GM truck/SUV's. The LS2 is what comes in C5 Corvettes I believe.

Re: Ohhhh Baby!

The L92 heads are off the latest and greatest version, a 6.2 liter motor. They flow great for factory heads. With this buildup, I am roughly following a magazine article. Their motor made 550 HP with less cam than I am running so I hope it will put at least 500 to the wheels not like I can use that much power, I will be leaving a trail of broken parts

Thanks for the follow up. Your truck is looking great, should be a screamer when finished.

Truck looks great! How's the shop class work if you don't have that much money? Or I should say how do they grade you based on what you've done to your project?

Re: Ohhhh Baby!

I wasn't sure when you first put the yenko stripes on it, but now I like it, it definitely looks good on the right truck. Maybe I'll have to get some hockey sticks cut......

Re: Ohhhh Baby!

Nice ride man, coming along great!

Quick question, is that a shocker in the windshield? I bet the 'panel' will appreciate that.

Re: Ohhhh Baby!

Yep thats a shocker the panel has no idea what that is lol. They don't care how much money you've spent on it, they only care that you've done something quality and have learned something. I presented via a powerpoint slide show and then brought them out to the parking lot to see it. It was a hit! They all loved every part of the presentation and I got 100%, 200 out of 200 points. Very rewarding. Thanks for allllllll your comments guys. I love hearing feedback. And I think the hockey sticks would look awesome.

No, I will be using stock coilpacks with MSD wires. I just didn't have them on because it's not assembled fully

Awesome! I love it!

Hope you didn't get any water in the power steering lines or in the front main seal?
