TH400 For Sale in Houston

Hey everybody, I changed from a TH400 tranny to a 700R4. Now I have this TH400 sitting at their house. It has about 35,000 miles on it, didn't leak, or have any noises coming from it. I know the basic rule of thumb is to not trust a transmission that was pulled out, but I pulled it out to replace it with an OD transmission, not because there was anything wrong with it. It shouldn't need to be rebuilt either. Just place it in and go. As well, the kickdown would be included too. I'd like to get about $400 for it, if possible. Just let me know.

Let me see what I can find out. I know these things are heavy so that might be a killer on the deal.

I'd like to talk w/you about this transmission if you don't ship it to 1972SuperCheyenne.

Re: TH400 For Sale in Houston

ok 1972SuperCheyenne. I checked on shipping. For a total weight of about 175 pounds for the transmission and crate, you are looking at a minimum of $225 to ship it from Houston to Apex. Let me know if this is something that you would want to do.

Re: TH400 For Sale in Houston

OK, figured that would kill the deal. Thanks for looking and good luck with your sale.
