gas tank relocate

I bought a blazer tank to put under my 64. Can I make a bracket and get some fuel fill hose and use the stock filler neck from the truck. I was hoping to put it beside or behind the license plate..

Re: gas tank relocate

The '69-'72 Blazer tank filler is on the drivers side. I think it would be a little difficult to route it to the rear unless you moved the filler on the tank. Even then I think being at the license plate level will be too low to get gas into the tank. There are a few different ways to add a filler without spending a lot of $$. A couple have been posted on here, but I can't seem to remember who posted them to locate the threads. You might try doing a search.
