A Few Good Manuals...

hey guys, got another question. whats a good manual trans to replace the stock 3- speed in my 250 powered c10? i wanna keep my rear gear ratio so i'm looking for something with a decent overdrive. also need something you can speed shift if ya know what i mean. thanks for any and all help.
