Stereo help
I'm not sure if this is the right section or not. But I'm looking for a stereo. The am player that was in it doesn't work. It doesn't need to be anything fancy just something I can either use to play cds or a cassette tape. Looking for something cheap as I don't have a lot of money lol. It can even be an am/fm player lol. As long as I can listen to some music I'll be fine! Any help would be great!

Re: Stereo help
Custom Autosound and Retrosound USA are the only ones I know of that are widely available, but both cost upwards of $200.
There's a sticky at the top of this forum section about modernizing the factory radio. Pay that thread a visit.

Re: Stereo help
Ok so today I was reading the book on the truck to get the am stereo out since it's stock and doesn't seem to be working lol. I noticed a little picture and it shows that if you turn the plug in (the color coated wires?) so it is upright and not horizontal that it will get AM/FM instead of just AM. Does this work, or did I just misunderstand it? Because I need something with FM also so I can plug my mp3 player into the cig lighter and listen to music off of it lol.
