Re: going to lift to up the rear today

Yeah that's better for sure, I can tell allready.

The friend I sold my 77 to wanted the rear lifted back up, so I switched the
drop shackles to my 78, and now I can't stand my truck being level, ack!

Re: going to lift to up the rear today

Definitely looks better. It'll be better for your landscaping as well.

Re: going to lift to up the rear today

thanks guys it even rides a little better, but I think I'll stop landscaping out of my truck since the interior is a lot nicer than before

and then I added around a hundred pounds of junk in the bed

Re: going to lift to up the rear today

I think it looks a lot better. However, I like the rake look better then the level. So my opinion is a little one sided.

Re: going to lift to up the rear today

thanks I'm going to try to lower it no more than inch in the rear, and I found out the passenger leafs are soft, and the driver side is stiff

Re: going to lift to up the rear today

Tomorrow I might add some drop shackles and set them at lowest setting and see how it looks, also I'll have to replace the u bolts on driver side some how they got cross threaded

Re: going to lift to up the rear today

The sloped driveway doesn't provide a good image/perspective of the actual stance. . .
