i really like that brake line idea. I was trying to come up with a solution for that issue on my '50 today. Guess i just found the answer

I can't believe I didn't see these post until today. I must be busy.
I have a carb adapter I will try, maybe it'll run by the end of week. If so, then I just need the exhaust dealt with. Although, we all know your never really ever done. It just moves to the drive it, fix it phase.
