Udate Pictures and a question on a heater box
Ok here is the 67, i recieved my paint from PMI yesterday, getting ready to paint the frame. Also is there supposed to be rivots in the heaterbox? In the circles, i want to sopen and clean inside? The last picture is of the oil pan an i am not sure but i dont think this stuff is supposed to be in there??

Looks like you lost a rod cap. At least you found it in the pan and not on the road under your truck.

If you need to clean the inside of the heater box, just remove the heater core, and the fan and you can clean it out pretty good. If you have an air compressor it helps to blow all the junk out.

I always drill the head off of the rivet and remove the metal panel, so I can clean and paint the heater box and then I just rivet it back on.
