GMC 3500 Emblems

Does anybody know where I can find replacement fender badges for a '69 GMC? The ones I have now say "GMC 3500 V-eight". I can only find 1500 and 2500 badges, no 3500's. I'd like to replace mine as they are pretty worn and pitted. Any leads on these would be great!

Re: GMC 3500 Emblems

I don't know of anyone reproducing them, I've been looking for a set of 3500 V-6 emblems for a couple of years. They'll show up eventually!

You may be able to swap the centers of yours into new 1500 or 2500 emblems.

Bob

Re: GMC 3500 Emblems

They ARE tough to find! It's going on 5 years I've been looking for them and haven't come across any. Mine are usable, but against new paint, they look like crap. I may take BobS's advise and buy a set of 2500 emblems and swap out the "3500 from mine. I'll have to take them apart and see if that is doable.

Re: GMC 3500 Emblems

After re-reading, i see you are needing the same emblem, just in nice shape. I have a pretty extensive emblem collection and the gmc 3500 series are tough to find. Good luck with your search.
