Question new to the site looking for pointers...

I just bought a 67 swb with 72 front I want to drop my 2003 4.8 motor from a truck I just had totaled motor works tranny work I have everything from the 2003 to gut out. Need pointers on what elese to buy and around how much would this run me?

thanks guys, i found some guy he said he would do it but he wants to charge 3k to i think its to high. i really want to do it so if anyone could help it would be greately appreciated..

Don't think there's that much to it - not 3 grand, anyways - check the build section, a lot of guys have done 5.3's.
