Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix and back
I am going to making a road trip from Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix with an empty trailer to pick up some parts. I will be 1/2 full on the way back. If anyone needs parts delivered from Kansas City to Phoenix, via Albuquerque or any parts picked up in Phoenix and delivered to Albuquerque or Kansas City, I am willing to do so, for an agreed upon amount for partial fuel costs.

Re: Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix and back
Can you swing up to Colorado Springs? I am looking to get a cab from there. You would cut my trip by 7 hours.

Hi LILRED66 - when will you be coming through New Mexico? If there is time, I will look into a couple of possibilities and get back to you if there is something you could pick up along the way and haul to here.

Re: Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix and back
Swinging up to Colorado Springs, CO from Albuquerque, NM is 5-1/2 hours. I could then come back, via I-70, but it would add a few hours and several miles to my trip. I could do it for $200.00 and bring the cab back to Kansas City, KS.

Re: Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix and back
I still have a couple67-72 cabs here in phx & a decent 67 longbed, that are worth hauling back. Also have a rustfree 74 & 64 cab.

Re: Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix and back
When you come through LMK I live off of the 40 between Alb and Phoenix, north of Winslow. If you do go up to Colo Springs, LMK I might get some fenders (I am thinking from the same person?) PM me K?

Thanks for the heads-up. Maybe someone will need one here in the Kansas City area, however, I only deal with '60-'66 Chevy/GMC trucks, so I am not able to purchase any of these items from you. Let me know if someone needs a hand getting one from Phoenix to Kansas City and I will try to help. |

I will probably be getting a set of trailing arms from Tom if you wouldn't mind bringing them with you.

Re: Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix and back
I am currently planning to leave Kansas City on Friday, May 22nd and being in Phoenix on May 23rd and back in Kansas City on May 24th.
I am willing to take or bring back anything that will fit on my flatbed trailer, if you are willing to kick in some cash, to help offset the cost of fuel. If so, we can agree on the pickup location, time and amount, so you can send a cashiers check or money order to the address in my signature or PayPal the payment to: 4-5-6chevytrucks@sbcglobal.net Upon receipt of your payment, I will reserve a spot on the trailer and I will plan on loading, transporting and storing your parts, until you can pick them up at my shop, at the address listed below. Serious inquiries with payment will be given first priority, so if you are not sure, please refrain from replying, becasue I am trying to firm-up my travel plans and my route and don't want to consider "maybe's". Thanks for your consideration and the opportunity. Please let me know if I can help. |

Re: Kansas City to Albuquerque to Phoenix and back
I have not yet bought any parts in your area or on your route to haul to NM, but am still looking. BTW, I am mre than impressed that you will get from KC to Phx in a day, load parts there, drop stuff elsewhere along the way and get back to KC on the third day. That is some serious driving and quick load work.
