I torched mine. Hold the torch on it till the rubber oozes out.

They come out fairly easy, with an air chisel. I just replaced mine, and used and air chisel, and vibrated them out. With the arms on my bench, I was done in less than thirty minutes. I bought a set of used arms from a board member, and knocked out the old bushings before they went to the powdercoater. When I got them back I set them on the bench, and used a large socket that would set on the outside shoulder of the bushings, and a BFH and away we go

the first one i pressed out it sucked the second one i did like oldschooler did 10 times easier
