Diagram, no, but it is not hard at all.
Jack it up and put good jack stands under it. Remove the rear cover. While it is draining, remove the wheels (you might as well do both sides while you are in there). Remove the brake drums. Remove the center pin from the differential (carrier) Push the axles inward and remove the C-clips. Pull the axles out. Un-bolt the brake backing plates and set aside w/o disconnecting the brake lines. You will probably have to bend open the clips the hold the lines to the axle housing to be able to move them. You are now down to the seal and bearing. There is a special tool to pull the seal out but nearly any kind of prying implement will do. The bearing is a little harder to get out. A slide hammer and a special attachment for pulling bearings is the way to go with that. The reverse of this all gets it back together.....check the bearing surface of the axle itself before you put it back in. A worn axle will damage the new bearings pretty quickly.

got it all apart,the seals where ez to pull out but the bearing where a pain.. tryed a slide hammer and other things.when over my nabors and asked him.he allways has to cut them out.
tryed that ,,it worked.. allso he said he is going to put some lower gears in it.he said my truck has like a 2.90 somthing?idk he is putting a 3.83 set in it..it should help some?

A 3.73 would be lower which would make it a little more responsive out of the hole.
