Yellow Cab trim

I have some cab trim with a yellow stripe rather than black I have all 3 pieces for the cab. What years was this on? Seems wider than the 82 trim I used when restoring it.

What's it worth?

It was specific to full production 77 trucks "and" the Gentleman Jim series of specialty trucks.

Ironically most people restoring trucks prefer to use trim with the black insert.
Are the pieces you have NOS or used? If used, what is the condition?

Well I was wrong.. I pulled them out of the tube today and they are ones with the Black insert. However the side pieces are yellow on the emblem. It's used with minor dings on the back piece, the side corners are in great shape.

Re: Yellow Cab trim

The yellow is standard on the 73-79 trucks. I think it changed in 80 as the transition towrds the new body lines started in 81.

Being driver quality I would say 20-30 a section is about right.
