I agree with seat belts.It doesn`t take any modifications to off road a 4wd.it just sounds like you need to get used to what you have.
People ask me all the time: Q: Doesn`t that truck ride rough? A: Yes,and I love it.If I wanted smooth I`d drive a car.I can always air down. Q: Aren`t those tires noisy? A: Yes,and I love it.Why put street tires on a 4wd? Q: how does that thing handle? A: Like a 4wd.Especially off road.On exit ramps it handles like a Vette. Q: Don`t those tires ride rough? A: No,that would be the suspension`s job.I balance my tires and the extra sidewall provides extra cushion. Q: How`s that thing on the hiway?
