Is this a factory 70 PS gear?

Just wondering if this is the stock Steering gear box for my 70, or if it was replaced before. Also, with the lines crimped like that, should I do anything to try and clean it out, or can I replace the lines and use it as is?

Numbers on it are as follows:

062 0 on the plate
5_86555 near the bottom nuts

symbol that looks like OO and then a 2 above the center nut.
