gas presure
ive noticed every now and then when i go and sell my soul just to put some gas in my truck lol that that theres allot of pressure built up behind the cap..i can hear all the gas fumes escaping and i mean allot of pressure....whats cosing this

It might be somthin to do with the fuel lines you were messin wit.
Didn't you have the vent tube plugged or somthing? |

Poke, The fuel cap should release most if not all the excess pressure in your fuel tank. Also there should be a hose from the sending unit hanging below the tank with a "floating" plastic cover at the end.

1984 K20 350M engine with 465,000 miles. Well, it's finally done!! Almost 2 years of work, but it was really worth the effort. Little stuff left to do is mount winch, wet sand & buff out and build belly pan\running boards. Body work takes lots and LOTS of beer!!!!
