How To Measure Wheel Width?

Please tell me...
from between which points is the width of a wheel measured?

Wheels are measured from inside lip to inside lip or as in your picture red line to red line.

It looks kinda orange on my monitor. But yes the above poster is correct. Your second set of lines (coming from the outside) is the point you'll measure from.

yup, orange. I went to look at 8" rallys for sale on Craigslist a while back. They were actually 7". The guy thought you measured from the outside. You'd be surprised at how many people think that.
