have u cut your outer rockers off yet? i ordered all the stuff u mentioned before i started doing my truck .. and i got the wrong inner rocker because the outer floor was rotten... i would cut outer rocker off and look at that... they have a piece out there that is called an outer floor extension.. it wasnt that bad putting in a buddy of mine helped me and i bet its easier then any other inner rocker patch out there... its about 100 some bucks for each but well worth it.. just my .02
