I saw this old man today had a 68 custom!! It was perfect, inside and out. I went up and said hi and he just snubbed me. I tried to tell him I loved his truck but he drove away. I wish i could of gotten a better look at it but it did not happen. oh well!!! Then I said to my self I am glad the Guys and Gals on this board are friendly. so her ya go Hi everyone.

A lot of the older people around here with our trucks are tired of people asking them if they want to sell their truck, and will act similiar but not as bad.

At his age he should have been looking for someone to offer him some money for it since he won't be driving it much longer anyway...LOL!

i have found that people are usually more than happy to talk about their trucks. this guy probably wasn't that much of an enthusiast and might not have understood why someone would have been excited over his truck.

You know, most people that I run into don't ackowledge you. Then again, I'm in the city and here most wouldn't acknowledge you if they actually ran into you.
Yester day, though, I was headed back to work and saw a sweet red 69ish C10. He's the first person that's waved back...ever. I think that most people just think they have an old junky truck, honest. We should ban together and release these folks from their burdesome trucks, give them .05 cents on the pound. Hi!
