I don't think it is much more that that from the pump. I put an 85 Corvette pump in my 82 Corvette with Cross Fire injection (similar to TBI, but two throttle bodies, with one injector each) and it really helped drivability in that car. The system uses what it needs, and the regulator sends the excess back to the tank. The CFI cars have a notoriously weak original pump, but the one in your truck is most likely fine.

I would get the rear lines for a Blazer from Inline tube. Not sure what the wheelbase difference between a SWB and Blazer is, but you could possibly get them made that much longer to join to the flex hoses under the cab. They run on the pass side, IIRC.
