high compression heads
Is it, the smaller the chamber, the higher the compression?

COOL!!! I just picked up a set of heads from a customer of mine that are off his 69 C30 . I ran the number through mortec.com and they came up as being 60 cc chamber

Big question is what is the valve size. They're not 307 heads, are they? Finally figured out that the p.o. put small chamber 307 heads on mine, which explains its performance.

These came off his 350 that came with the truck. This is what www.mortec.com says about them
376450.....75-81...262/267/305..6 or 7 exhaust bolt holes, 60cc chamber HMMMM guess they aren't factory then eh

so by the looks of it, these heads should be ok for just a daily around town cruiser? It says they are great for up to 5000 rpms.

It'll work, and you'll get some good compression...but yeah, after 5000RPMs you should be toast, just from lack of flow...
