33" tires on an '82 k10
Will 33x12.5xr15 BFG AT KO's fit on my 1982 chevy k10 fleetside. The mods I have planned to get them to fit are to buy a pro-comp 2.5" lift. I know it's not a 4" lift, but will these tires fit if I use this particular lift. I am not a hard core offroader, but I do go on some rugged mountain roads (I mostly drive in town though). Also I will mount these on eagle 058 15x8" wheels. They have an offset of 3.25" and I was told that the offset is small enough to clear the steering arm. I was told that any 15x8" wheel would fit if the offset is less than 3-5/8". This is my first post by the way, I looked ofer the forum today and I think I found a place I like.

I'm not an expert, but with a 2.5" lift, you should have no trouble fitting 33" tires under your truck.

Welcome to the board by another newbie
Yes they should fit with room to spare. I run 32x11.50 and have loads of space, no lift, 3 leafs front 6 leafs back (stock). -Axle

Welcome to the board,
I am also running 32's with no lift. The guy at the tire shop said I could even go with 33's and still clear.

I guess I am just worried about the front tires really. When the tires are turned, it seems that larger tires would cause the rear part of the front fender to hit the tire. That place where a person would put splash guards is where I am talking about, but I guess if you guys are running 32" tires without lifts, i can get 33" to work with a 2.5" lift.

i run 31"s on a 2wd, i am sure 33"s would fit just fine.. with little to no lift.
