my dads 66 suburban

My dad is thinking on getting rid of his suburban. it has newish grey interior,freshly built 400sb 11-1 crowler cam,factory alum high rise,coated headers,hei,block was decked aline boared .030 .23 deg angle plug heads with alot of work done to it. /turbo400. nice sub no rust. location corning california. price is very good i think. $5,500.(engine and trans worth about that)

what do you guys think?????

I think you should tell your dad to come down to Vacaville June 6th and join us for "Rust Never Sleeps". He might have 2nd thoughts of getting rid of it, or he can try and sell it there.

i think at that price,, he is giving it away....i have a '63 carryall,, 350-350,,p/s-p/b.. needs a lot of bodywork,, and i turned down $5,000.00 for it...not nearly as nice as your dad's..if i had the cash,, i'd pick it up today at that price !!

Yep.........The price is very reasonable..........................Especially if it is rust free.......................I'm in the rust belt and my burb was pretty bad when I started on it...............Hemmit

yea i think its a great price,but now he bought a bunch of parts from cpp and i think its his next project. i will someday buy a 63 sub to build but now have too many projects. my dad just finished a 50 chevy will put some pics of it.
