Help on Throttle for vortec
I need some help on my throttle. I have a 68' chevy and I'm doing an upgrade to a 99' vortec motor. I know that there has been alot of conversions out there to this style of motor. If you can give me advice on what you guys did on your throttle I'd be much appreciative. Thank YOU!!!

Re: Help on Throttle for vortec
im needin this info also. i think im going to use the 99 cable, then make a bracket to hold it to drivers side fuel rail then just tie the line into factory pedal.
i dont really know how that would work on your truck depends on how big of a mess your wiring is.

Re: Help on Throttle for vortec
It's a Painless harness from summit. It comes with a fuse box ,a check engine light ,and a place to plug in to check the computer. It's spendy but I've been saving my pennies for a long time. I really like it. Thanks for your input on the throttle cable set up! I really appreciate it.
