Clean rust free tailgate
This is a gate that I picked up for my truck that I will not be using. It was advertised, when I purchased it, as a very clean factory gate that has been full smooth skinned. I cannot verify whether or not it is, in fact, an OEM gate. That being said, I have priced it accordingly.
$250 plus shipping.

Fedex was the best price when I shipped a tailgate.

Re: Clean rust free tailgate
FedEx and UPS are about the same. Ground shipping is ~$120. I will sell it to you for $320 shipped. I did not do the work to it- so I cannot vouch for that part. There are NO problems that I can see with this gate whatsoever. It is as clean as they come. The guy I bought it from, after seeing it painted, decided he wanted a lettered gate, so this one came off his completed truck. He said the repop fit poorly in comparison, which leads me to believe the claim of being a factory gate is true. That, and the fact that the thing weighs 79lbs in the box...

Re: Clean rust free tailgate
There are currently no provisions for latching the gate. I was just going to use a handle 'flip' kit. You could also do a completely hidden setup like the Mar-K stepside latches.

Re: Clean rust free tailgate
Very nice wish I could afford it. As for opening it. I would just weld it shut. I dont plan on doing much hauling with my truck.

Re: Clean rust free tailgate
It may be worth checking Greyhound for shipping. If there isn't a Greyhound terminal near you it probably isn't worth it but shipping is usually substantially less money. That's a pretty sharp looking tailgate for sure!
