Air solenoid pics
Hey guys, I just tore into my air management kit from suicide doors. Does anybody have any pics of how they mounted all of these air solenoids. There is 8 in total and then the 4 pressure sensors.
Thanx guys.

Re: Air solenoid pics
Thanx man. Are your solenoids both fill and dump, kind of looks like there is two solenoids. I kind of figured out something, but it will be all tide up together and if I have to take something apart it will all have to come apart.

Re: Air solenoid pics
I got everything mocked up on a piece of plywood. I will probably go with aluminum or stainless.

Re: Air solenoid pics
The instructions came with a really good pic. of routing, but I wasn't sure on how or where to mount them. I see that that pic has a line coming from the tank for every bag. Does it matter if you split the front and the rear from the tank or should you run individual lines. In the instructions it has only 2 lines from the tank and then splits it just before the first solenoid..

Re: Air solenoid pics
Sharing the air line will affect the speed of your system.

Re: Air solenoid pics
No pics handy at present... my valves are mounted directly on the tanks.

Re: Air solenoid pics
I am running the two line method from the tank.. I figure if you make the two lines (and fittings) 1/2" while the rest of the system is 3/8" it shouldn't restrict it. the restriction is gonna be in the solenoid valves anyway.
