Holley 300-35 Intake. Is it any good?

Does anyone know anything about a Holley 300-35 intake? A friend of mine has one he's wanting to sell and I've been looking for a Holley intake. My setup is a stock 350/th350 with a Holley 4160/600cfm.

Texas,
That is a good design. It works well with a Auto box.
I have a 300-36 which is only a little taller than the 35.
The design goes all the way back to the '69 Z/28.
Holley (and many others) just copied Chevy on that intake.
No one has really improved on it yet.
If it was ever used on a saltwater boat you might look elsewhere as this will errode the water passages to the point that they may leak.
That manifold has about 4 million copies of it out there so it should not be too high. $50 bucks max I would say.

Thanks Mike! I looked at it last night and it looks to be in good shape. I did forget to mention that it's a Street Dominator.

The only problem I saw was that one of the thermostat housing bolt holes had been reemed out. I think that can be easily fixed with a thread repair kit or a bigger bolt and the intake tapped out.

Big Red,
Glad to pass on anything I know!
Heli-coils will fix that thermostat hole real good.
Many of your aftermarket aluminum heads already have them from the factory.
Good Luck!
