What kinda AR plate you looking for? Car or truck or does it matter? Arkansas had specific truck plates for half-ton trucks, up to '67, I think. In '68, they started issuing "permanent" plates that covered vehicles up to one-ton unless used for commercial purposes.

As for caps, I have a couple of the automotive caps that you have that look like the ones I have that came off of a '70-1/2 Camaro SS, on a pair of 7-inch wide steelies.

Hi Brian,
I went through everything out in the garage and came up with nine plates. One is a TN Bicentennial from 2000, two other TN, one Nevada The silver state plate, One red Arizona with a giant cactus in the middle of it, Two white scrpit letterd California plates, Two Black 1963 California plates. One is good but the other was a front plate and shows heavy wear. I think it can be restored. I was going to do that way back when. This set came off an old 1968 3/4 truck back in 2000. I can't find the two Blue ones. There yours when I do find them. I will start going back through the local yards again and see what I can dig up.
