12-bolt gear play....

I just got my 12-bolt back form the shop and new bearing installed all around. When i sat it down on the trailing arm and i grabbed the yoke and turn it. I was wounderin if it is suppose to have play between the teeth?

YES, a little...yoke should move 1/8th to 3/16th free play. No free play, and the gears will bind and burn up!!
