Re: What bench seat will give me more room?

I'm five ten if I stand really straight and about 255 now and I have a bench out of an 88 full size 4x4 standard cab. It sits a bit higher than the stock seat as I pretty look out over the mirror.
The 14-1/2 inch steering wheel helps a lot.

A guy could put shorter bases on the seat and drop it several inches for head room but my legs like it the way it sits.

Ruff and ready seat cover provided by the friend who gave the seat to me,

I guess I'll have to change my name to not so big mike71, because I'm only 6-4 250.

Re: What bench seat will give me more room?

I went ahead and trial fitted my second row Escalade seats, just need to drill and few holes and bolt them it.

Re: What bench seat will give me more room?

I am going to use a third row seat from an aerostar van. It is a little bit shorter width wise, but the price was right, free. I need to cut down the legs on it though, or rig something up.
