head liner

Anyone know if an oem replacement headliner and trim will fit in my 72 that didnt have a headliner from the factory?

if you cut out the holes for the trim, then yes.
I glued the headliner in mine and said screw the trim. (you have to glue the headliner in place either way)

The roof in a truck that had a headliner has cut outs for the trim. I have seen people on here selling headliner templates so you can convert. I have also seen people use the trim but cut off the parts that went into the recessed area and just used the screws to secure it to the roof.

make sure to use REAL short screws... talking less than a 1/4 inch long

pics on the other computer... but had a truck like that.. with holes going out the roof... and the holes were filled with screws. made me want to puke.
