How To Remove Wipers
HEY GUYS I NEED TO CLEAN UNDER MY COWL, HOW IN THE HECK DO I GET THESE DARN WIPERS OFF??? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!

Go down to your local parts store and buy a wiper removal tool. It hooks under the base, and pull straight up. Make sure you put them back in the same position as you took them off. Good luck.

You mean they actually make a tool for that? I usually pry the tab then pry the arm and cuss a little.

Wiper Tool
Here is a picture of the tool NAPA sells. It works great and have had no more scratches.

If you ever need to get it off in a hurry, and don't have the tool or the time to get the tool, take a claw hammer and wrap it in a shop rag and pry it off. It won't scratch or hurt anything.

Been there, done that and moved on.....
Didn't know there was such a thing.............. I did get a catalog the other day that had guards to put under the cowl that helps keep out some of the bigger items from getting in there............... been thinking about a smooth cowl........

I just used 2 screwdrivers and they popped right off without any damage to the cowl or glass. That tool would be handy to have though
