First picture is 997, second is 97. Sorry I couldn't help myself, truth is I don't know what the numbers mean. I have wondered the same thing for years but never asked.

check your SPID and see if there is an option with that RPO number. I don't think there is, but I've seen option codes done like that.
It could mean it was inspected by 997, or 9th day of the 9th month of 67, or a million other type of codes.
