Anyone with a 20"front/ 22" rear?

I'm needing some fresh rims and rubber for Fast Orange, and I'm thinking of going big, either a 18/20, 20/20, or 20/22 combo. I'd really like the bigger the better, but curious if anyone has fit em. I have 15x8 rallye's right now on all 4 corners with 255/70/15 rubber, and the fronts rub on corners and bumps with my 4" drop, so I'll have to be sure of my offset.

I've been eyeing up Coys C5's, 20x8.5 front and 22x9 rear I think. Anyone gone with that wide of a front wheel, and what were the results?

Thanks!

Re: Anyone with a 20"front/ 22" rear?

My '71 is bagged, but heres a pic of it at ride height. The wheels up front are 20x8.5 with 5.25 backspacing and the tires are 255/35/R20's. The wheels in back are 22x9.5 with 6.25 backspacing and the tires are 265/35/R22's. Hope this helps.

Why not put 22s all around how far is your front lowered

Re: Anyone with a 20"front/ 22" rear?

I'd put 22's all around, but I don't like the look of the huge rim on the front, just the back. Odd, I know, but I've always been a big/little combo guy for whatever reason. My front is dropped about 4" on springs and spindles, likely going further.

wdrthird, that looks GREAT! Exactly what I want, thanks! Any rubbing issues at all?

Check the suspension forum. There is an active thread now that has pics of trucks with 22's. Some have the 20/22 combo that your looking for.

This is 5150's roadster with 20's up front and 22's in the rear. I believe they are Coys.
