Re: christmas in june

Very cool. Did you order them from the States or through a local shop? I was thinking about getting some prices for similar parts from Performance Plus.

Re: christmas in june

I picked up some new goodies yesterday too!

New hood, front bumper, new fenders, new inner fenders and a new windshield with rubber. I got tired of looking for good body parts or finding stuff that wasn't too bad only to have the seller thinking it was made of gold. So yes, I went new aftermarket. I didn't get a picture of the new windshield.

Re: christmas in june

make sure you paint those new parts soon S10 cause that shiny primer washes right off in the rain lol. and Bigblock thx for the article its exactly what i was looking for, but out of curiosity why did you decide to go with a plastic fuel cell instead of an aluminum one?

They're getting painted next week, well, the insides are getting some paint. The rest of the truck should be one color real soon.

Thanks, I'm taking pics as I go.

I hear ya on the rust. The "E" coat (the black stuff) can be scuffed and painted. You just better do it soon. LOL.
