Re: Where did you get your wiring harness?
I was looking at the rebel kit as well... is the 14 circuit kit suitable for our application?

Re: Where did you get your wiring harness?
I would really rather go with the unversial kit, You have to thank most of the trucks we build are custom to some sort. Diffrent engines is the main. And on our trucks there really isn't a whole lot of spliceing that you would be doing. Of course I would spend a little bit more money and get good connectors for under the truck say for the lights. You can change out some of the sending units for a real nice connection. It's really all personal taste, But all you are really buying anyways on a replacement for our trucks is a universal that has the wires cut already for where they go. Atleast that's how my painless kit was. The only real direct swap that I have seen that has every factory connector is the LMC harness. Just my 02 cents

Re: Where did you get your wiring harness?
from what I have read the American Autowire is a plug and play direct swap with lots of extra stuff, don't think you have to splice anything....i can't reuse my old grommets and rubber parts, we are doing frame off and nothing would come out with out destroying them before getting the cab plastic blasted

Re: Where did you get your wiring harness?
That does look like a real good kit. Probably made by the same company that makes the LMC one since it's the same picture if you really look at it!
