rear bumper

will a 55-59 stepside bumper fit a 1964 GMC stepside ?

When they're advertised on ebay they say, "55-66 stepside bumper". I'm not confirming it but thats how they're advertised. Anyone else want to weigh in?

I'm pretty sure they are the same. The bolt holes are all the same location.
But I am not 100% positive.

The mounting brackets are different from before 1962 to 1963 and later frames. 1963 they changed the width of the frame.

Your right Bud! I can't believe I forgot about that! The Bumpers design seemed to stay the same. Through 55-66 Those Brackets are expensive too!
