Stumbled on a local car show
Seen this goin on in Norton, KS while driving to the field today Only one of our trucks but other cool cars none the less more in the 47-59 section

Those wheels really look great on the orange/red 1971 3/4ton.
What if Gm had that available when those trucks were new? it would have hastened the 'revolution' (probably too strong a word) of folks wanting the super nice larger (3/4 ton) trucks. IIRC, then only peeps who wanted 'big' trucks were for work, not because they're 'cool'. But this one definetly is 'cool'. I love it when new parts work 'seamlessly' on older rides. This one does! couldnt tell on the motor in the love, didnt say anywhere, a blown smallblock of some sort, judging by the back tires it is serious though. And I agree those rims look real nice on that orange truck. Makes me wish my was a 3/4 ton so I could do the same
