Big Block Chevy Starter

I have an '83 Winnebago with a 454, replaced starter last fall. Son in law drove it to storage and went to shut it off, and the selenoid kept clicking even eith the key off. I replaced the starter again this spring does the same thing. The battery wire is hot. but wire going to the switch is showing a ground. I removed switch and ran another wire to the switch with no luck. Any ideas? Thank You!
