Hey, when you have 5 minute, go to youtube, and you can find the link to argue against the muted audio "Submit complaint?" I can't recall the exact term. But in the box where it asks way, simply state "The music was used under the fair use rights". Fair Use means that you can use the music if it is not for profit, and that it contributes to your video's feel and artistic view... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use

Takes an hour or so for them to unmute the audio usually.
